The Workshop
Semi-Private Hire Option 1:
The Workshop is perfect for 10-20 guests
Capacity: Up to 15 guests seated at bar top tables, or 20 seated/standing.
Private Hire Fee: None
Minimum spend: £200/hour + 12% service charge
Timings: Semi-private hires are available during our normal opening hours for a minimum of 1 hours and maximum of 4 hours.
Deposit: 25% deposit required to confirm booking. This deposit is then put towards the final bar bill after the minimum spend is met.
Cancellation Policy: Semi-private hires can be changed or cancelled with at least 1 week notice. After this time, deposits are non-refundable.
Catering: Outside catering is permitted. Please confirmed the details with our team when booking.

The Bunker
Semi-Private Hire Option 2:
The Bunker is perfect for 20-30 guests
Capacity: Up to 25 guests seated, or 30 seated/standing
Private Hire Fee: None
Minimum spend: £500/hour + 12% service charge
Timings: Semi-private hires are available during our normal opening hours for a minimum of 2 hours and maximum of 4 hours.
Deposit: 25% deposit required to confirm booking. This deposit is then put towards the final bar bill after the minimum spend is met.
Cancellation Policy: Semi-private hires can be changed or cancelled with at least 1 week notice. After this time, deposits are non-refundable.
Catering: Outside catering is permitted. Please confirmed the details with our team when booking.

Full Venue Hire
Book your next party at The Natural Philosopher with a full venue private hire for 25-50 guests.
Capacity: Up to 35 guests seated, or 50 seated/standing
Private Hire Fee: None
Minimum spend: £1,500 Thurs/Sun, or £2,500 Fri/Sat + 12% service charge
Timings: Full venue private hires are available during our normal opening hours for a maximum of 5 hours.
Deposit:
Midweek - 50% deposit required to confirm booking. This deposit is then put towards the final bar bill after the minimum spend is met.
Fridays + Saturdays - minimum spend required to be paid in full before the start of the booking.
Cancellation Policy: Full venue hires can be changed or cancelled with at least 2 weeks notice. After this time, deposits are non-refundable.
Catering: Outside catering is permitted. Please confirmed the details with our team when booking.
